That’s why we kindly encourage our customers to open the package while the courier is still available.
If you are not fully satisfied with the product, you can return it on the spot — hassle-free! 😍

Later, the amount of shipping expenses will be transferred only by following up with one of our customer service representatives. 

⚠️ Please note:

• Returns and exchanges are available within 3 days of receiving your order, as long as you inform us within this period and the item is in its original condition and packaging, unused and unopened.

• If you decide to return a product later (not immediately with the courier), a 95 EGP shipping fee will apply for sending it back.

• Partial delivery service is available only in Cairo through customer service only on WhatsApp. This means your order must be accepted in full or refused in full. If you accept the full order, you may later request an exchange for any unsuitable item, provided it remains in its original condition and packaging, unused and unopened.

ويتم لاحقا تحويل قيمة مصاريف الشحن فقط بالمتابعه مع أحد ممثلينا من خدمة العملاء 

⚠️ برجاء العلم:

• يمكن الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب بشرط إبلاغنا خلال هذه المدة، وأن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، وبنفس التغليف الأصلي، غير مستخدم وغير مفتوح.

• في حالة طلب الإرجاع بعد الاستلام (وليس مع المندوب مباشرةً)، يتم دفع 95 جنيه تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.

• خدمة الاستلام الجزئي متاحة في القاهرة فقط من خلال خدمة العملاء علي الواتساب. بمعنى أنه يجب استلام الأوردر بالكامل أو رفضه بالكامل. وفي حالة استلام الأوردر بالكامل يمكنك لاحقًا طلب استبدال المنتج غير المناسب لك، على أن يكون في حالته الأصلية وبنفس التغليف الأصلي، غير مستخدم وغير مفتوح.
